SÖE Restaurant is a Tallinn located serves authentic cuisine made from the finest Estonian ingredients. The creation of dishes combines traditional tastes with new techniques learned by chefs in preparation for various competitions, including the Bocuse d´Or culinary Olympiad. Since ancient times, the most delicious food was prepared on coals, which became the leitmotif of the name - SÖE (Est. Coal). The main goal is to create food inspired by local nature, whose motives are reflected in the graphic identity.
